PUDING TRIFLE


Assalamualaikum...
Selamat malam dan salam ceria buat rakan2 yang dikasihi.Bersiaran lagi di sini, alhamdulillah.Hari ini bersiaran dengan dessert yang sangat enak dan mudah sahaja penyediaannya.
Sebelum2 ni (SINI) pernah  juga saya buat menggunakan resepi trifle dari majalah, tetap sama tiada beza.Cuma pada kali ini, resepi yang saya ambil sumbernya dari kak mamasya kita ni ada tambahan aksesori whipping cream ketika mahu hidangkannya.Tetapi saya tak letak.Untuk penyediaan keknya tu pun saya gunakan sponge kek biasa.

Oleh kerana nak habiskan stock kek ni, saya asingkan sikit dalam gelas dan masuk tupperware, selebihnya saya bubuh selonggok dalam bekas kaca.(yang dalam bekas kaca tu memang nampak sikitlah lapisan jellynya sebab saya gandakan keknya (kira nak habiskan stock kek).

PUDING TRIFLE

Bahan-bahan:
Swiss Roll (saya guna sponge kek)
1 tin fruit coctail
Kristal Jelly (saya guna jenama nona;ikut je stepnya)
1 tin susu cair*
1 tin air*
7 sudu besar gula pasir* | satukan bersama (saya guna 5 sb)
4 sudu besar tepung kastad (sukatan membukit)
Yogurt @ whipping cream (tak letak)

Cara membuatnya:
1.Lapisan 1:Potong swiss roll anggaran 1.5cm tebal, susunkan dalam acuan (bekas pyrex baru nampak lapisan nanti).Tuangkan air fruit coctail  ke atas swiss roll hingga lembap, ketepikan dulu dan bolehlah masak kastad dengan susu cair.
2.Lapisan 2:1 tin susu cair + air + 7 sudu gula dimasak atas api (sambil tu bancuhkan 4 sudu tepung kastad dengan 1/2 tin air).Bila susu mendidih, kecilkan sedikit api kemudian masukkan bancuhan tepung kastad, kacau hingga menjadi likat.Tuang di atas lapisan 1 tadi.
3.Lapisan 3:Buahan koktail tadi ditabur atas lapisan 2 (kastad).Ketepikan sekejap.
4.Lapisan 4:Masak air panas mengikut sukatan pada kotak jelly hingga mendidih.Masukkan jelly tersebut dalam air panas, tunggu sejuk sedikit tapi masih dalam keadaan cair baru tuang ke atas lapisan 3 (buah-buahan).
5.Lapisan 5:Bila jelly dah beku sapukan yogurt ataupun whipping cream ke atasnya, kalau nak cantik lagi taburkan dengan buah strawbery ke atasnya.(takletak)

Nota:Untuk adunan di atas sesuai muat dalam bekas/ acuan saiz 8x10".Whipping cream dipukul hingga gebu dan sapu ke atas lapisan jelly tadi.(untuk memudahkan, masukkan whipping cream dalam pipping bag)
